The Kersare.net Webmaster recommends that prior to upgrading your site (NOVA, SMS, Forum, etc), you backup your current site and email the Kersare.net Webmaster to request a backup of any databases that would be affected. If you upgrade without a backup, you do so at your own risk.
Kersare.net is not responsible for any downtime experienced by hosted sites - any downtime would be due to Hostdime.com. However, should there be any *scheduled* downtime, hosted site's webmasters will be notified. Kersare.net will keep hosted site's webmasters informed of any changes and will do its best to answer any questions or concerns presented by webmasters. Please ask any initial questions before formally accepting to be hosted by Kersare.net.
Kersare.net is not responsible for the content, copyright infringement, etc. shown on any hosted sites; content is the responsibility of hosted site's webmaster. Pornographic or otherwise illegal material will not be acceptable in any form. Kersare.net reserves the right to request changes to or remove any hosted sites who are found to be in breach of agreement after contacting said hosted site's webmaster.
